Engagement increased instantly, along with conversion. To support the campaign strategy, work was put into segmenting the database into cohorts of value. We also managed the cleanliness of the database, removing unengaged profiles + saving subscription costs.
The results were instant: Our flow optimisation strategy increased email open rates to an average of 57.7% and generated a massive 1,644% ROI in the first two months. Email campaigns generated a 983% ROI in the same time period.
